Rafinade redefines soda, blending tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation into a refined, naturally brewed experience. Inspired by my great-grandfather’s soda water factory, I created a beverage that elevates soda into something to be savored.
Using local fruits and a gentle partial fermentation process, Rafinade enhances natural flavors with minimal sugar. Crafted for the upscale restaurant and hotel sector, it’s a drink designed for those who appreciate quality. The result is Rafi, a name that embodies our artisanal soda, with each variety—like Rafi Lemon—capturing the bright, refreshing essence of its ingredients.

At Rafinade, we start by sourcing the finest fruits from Spanish orchards, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, natural, and full of flavor. We use a gentle fermentation process to unlock the fruit’s depth, allowing natural yeasts to enhance its complexity over a few days. To maintain balance, we add only as little sugar as necessary, letting the fruit’s own character shine. The fermentation is then carefully halted and blended with fresh juice, carbonated, and bottled. A final pasteurization step ensures stability while preserving the bright, refreshing taste—a naturally brewed soda, crafted for mindful indulgence
